Q: Can I see all of your flooring lines in your shop?
A: We have samples of all our flooring lines that we can show you.
Q: Do I need new underlay or subflooring?
A: We will need to have a look for you, as it will depend on the type of flooring you choose and the age of your current underlay. You may want a new underlay if you want to reduce noise under laminate flooring. We can advise when we come to measure up.
We usually use underlay from Cloud 9 as we are confident in its quality and durability.

Q: I live outside of Sidcup – can I still choose Easter Flooring?
A: You can. We generally work within a roughly five-mile radius around Sidcup, covering areas like Bromley, Beckenham and Bexley. Please don’t be put off if you are slightly further out – we will be more than happy to help. Just pop into our shop.
Q: What brands can I buy from you?

Q: Is it possible to order other brands from you?
A: If you want a specific brand, let us know and we will be able to get it ordered in.
Q: Is your flooring guaranteed?
A: Our flooring all has a one-year workmanship guarantee and there will also be a product guarantee from the manufacturer. We can advise on specific guarantees when you know which products you are interested in.
